Adult sizes S to XL are $20. Sizes 2XL and 3XL are $25. Tell us your shirt color when you order.

Our story

Named for the lady who started it all

Betty Ellen's General Store is named in loving memory of my grandma. That's her in the photo, and she's the smiling face on our sign too. Her warmth, her love for people, and her big heart are the reason this little shop exists.

She taught me that something made by hand, with care, means more than anything you can pick up off a shelf. Every tee I print and press here in Mt. Vernon, Illinois carries a little bit of her with it.

Questions, answered

What is a DTF tee?

DTF stands for direct-to-film. The design is printed onto a special film and then heat pressed onto the shirt, so colors stay bright and details stay crisp.

How do I care for my shirt?

Turn it inside out, wash cold, and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Please don't iron directly on the design.

Can I pick my shirt color?

Yes. Add your color choice in the notes when you send your order, and we'll let you know what we have in your size.

How do I pay?

Once you send your order, we'll reply with your total and the payment options we accept.

Can I pick up instead of shipping?

Yes. Local pickup in Mt. Vernon is available, or grab your order at one of our vendor fair stops.
